Proof of Renters Insurance (The Edward Apartments must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage. You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to living expense coverage in the standard policy.)

"My husband and I have lived at The Edward Apartments for close to 2 years now and we really enjoy it here. The location is perfect, close to everything (shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc.). The apartments are very spacious and have large patio/balconies as well. The grounds are always maintained and kept very clean. The pool is beautiful and always crystal clear! Everyone we have encountered has been pleasant and friendly. The management team in the office are always kind and helpful too!!"
